Overall office Responsibilities/services

• Preparation and coordination of announcements of national and international scholarships and application calls to study,
• selections, admissions,
• recruitement of candidates to scholarchips and preperation of nomination letters; review of new PG programs at UR,
• Ensuring of PG guidelines implementation,
• Nomination of PhD theses examiners and reviewers; review of PhD theses to send to external examiners
• Nomination of members of Doctotal committees,
• Nomination of Chairs of juries; assessement of the extension of the period of studies
